Fiona has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation for 12 years in Brussels and Beyond. Fiona is an experienced Gong Master who has been privileged to work with these amazing healing tools since 2013.Fiona teaches Kundalini Yoga every weekday in person and online in Brussels. She organises transformational Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing Retreats & Workshops (Sleep, PTSD, Burn-Out). Fiona organises Gong healing sessions for groups and individuals as well as Gong player training. She also provides gong relaxation pauses ("gong napping") in companies and at events. Fiona uses naad (sound) yoga in her regular group yoga classes where mantra and sound current are practiced as effective tools for channelling the mind (meditation) and improving overall wellbeing. Fiona adapts her sessions to all levels of experience teaching students how to create and co-create in a meditative state and in a secure place where the student intuitively and independently connects to their Higher Self and their Guru - their inner Teacher.
